Have Coffee an Antioxidant Benefit?

Before we get all excited by the recent news about coffee is our new antioxidant, we have to look at the whole picture. Is there really a coffee antioxidants? If there is, how exactly is an antioxidant coffee? Will become the antioxidants when it is heated? Does the coffee antioxidant benefit all? Are there still the dangers of drinking coffee? How much coffee is good for us, and when does it become bad for us?
